1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or altered garments.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Accessories (if applicable, like earrings, for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@rynawoman.com with your order ID, reason for return, and item photo (if damaged).
- We will guide you on how to send the item back.
- You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the item is defective or wrong).
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
In rare cases of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos and your order ID to info@rynawoman.com.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
