1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or altered garments.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Accessories (if applicable, like earrings, for hygiene reasons).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@rynawoman.com with your order ID, reason for return, and item photo (if damaged).
  2. We will guide you on how to send the item back.
  3. You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the item is defective or wrong).

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

In rare cases of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear photos and your order ID to info@rynawoman.com.
  • We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
